Abstract submission guidelines

Please read the guidelines below carefully before you start with the submission process in order not to risk rejection of your abstract for not corresponding to the formal criteria.

Abstracts MUST be submitted electronically via the online submission system based on the ESNCH website (online abstract submission) by the given deadline (please do not forget to submit drafts by the official deadline).

All abstracts must be written in English.

When submitting your abstract, consider and choose the appropriate category, scientific topic and the presentation method (oral or poster).

The abstract title is limited by 30 words and must be submitted using the upper case (eg. THIS IS THE TITLE OF MY ABSTRACT).

Up to 10 authors can be submitted for one abstract (including the presenting author who should be marked).

Maximum allowed abstract words: 300. No tables or graphs are allowed! Please use upper and lower cases, Times New Roman font, font size 11.

 

The abstract body must be structured as follows:

  • Methods
  • Results
  • Conclusions
